Solution
Start by tapping the numbers 1 through 9 in sequence.
After tapping 9, you will notice the number '1' and the number '0' scattered on the screen (or sometimes they appear separate).
Drag the number '1' and place it right next to the number '0' to combine them and form the number '10'.
Now tap the newly formed '10' to complete the level!
